Return Policy

Returns

You have 60 days. If more than 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good enough condition to be usable by another human as we donate all returns to local high school golf teams. Blue Balls LLC is not responsible for mishaps including, but not limited to:
1) Products ran over with a golf cart
2) Products left behind on a previous hole and/or picked up by other golfers
3) Products at the bottom of a lake

To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you are expecting a refund but haven’t received it yet, we ask that you first please check your bank account or credit card statement again. It often takes a few days before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve checked with your financial institution after a reasonable amount of time has passed and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ballgoggles@gmail.com.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, which can happen sometimes when delivery drivers are having a bad day. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ballgoggles@gmail.com and we'll be happy to coordinate an exchange or replacement!


Shipping
To return your product, please email ballgoggles@gmail.com for return shipping instructions. Often times we can arrange this for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping anything over $75 in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
